Opptify is hosted entirely in the EU/EEA: the application and databases run on Heroku (Salesforce) and file storage on Amazon Web Services (AWS), both in EU regions and ISO 27001-certified data centres. We provide SSO, role-based access, encryption at rest and in transit, and detailed audit logs, and we support compliance with GDPR, CCPA and other privacy laws. Our hosting providers are certified against CSA STAR, SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO/IEC 27001, 27017, 27018 and 27701; Opptify’s own controls are described in our Security Policy.

It keeps your opportunities, partners, experts and project references in one place, and uses AI to turn them into EOIs, proposals, CVs and reference sheets in the formats donors ask for. It is built in Sweden by people who have spent years putting bids together themselves.
No. Opptify does not monitor donor portals or tender sites. Once you have spotted an opportunity, paste its URL or upload the tender document and Opptify AI reads it and creates the opportunity for you, with the key details filled in, so you can start qualifying it straight away.
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of AI Credits that covers typical use: reading tender documents, generating CVs and references, searching across experts. Most teams never think about them. If you have an unusually heavy month, you can simply buy more.
Project references can be produced in World Bank, EU and Danida formats today, and expert CVs in the EU format. If your donor wants something else, tell us: new formats are quick for us to add and we build them for customers on request.
You can bring data in from documents, spreadsheets and CSV files, and sign in with your Microsoft account. There is an API for publishing your project references to your own website. Beyond that, we build integrations with customers as the need arises.
Plans are billed monthly, with discounts for annual commitment. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. If your team or pipeline outgrows your plan, we agree a custom price rather than forcing you up a tier.
